Not all machines require parts to fix Many machines can be fixed for the standard call out fee, with faults like a blockage, loose connection or thermostat reset etc

What if my appliance is not economic to repair do I still have to pay?
In these rare cases we drop our call out to €50 and offer impartial advice on replacement as we are fully independent and dont sell machines. We offer call out service only no onsite repairs in our office…
Why should you bother sending this information?
Because it makes the whole experience clearer for everyone involved and sometimes allows us to diagnose issues remotely also if you need a special order part or your part is particularly costly this may influence your decision on whether to repair or replace saving you and us a wasted call out.
We are in the business of fixing appliances and leaving happy customers not going around collecting call out fees which only gets our industry negative press.
We are happy to advise any potential clients, it costs us nothing to answer a couple of messages and the goodwill comes back to us and its good for the appliance repair industry as a whole.

If a part on your machine has failed we will discuss this with you, we carry a large range of spare parts in our vans that we can fit at very competitive prices, all with a 12 month guarantee.
